Gli attuali membri sono: Tay Jardine (voce principale), Jordan Eckes (voce e chitarra ritmica), Cameron Hurley (chitarra principale), Mike Ferri (basso), Rob Chianelli (batteria). Il 10 Novembre 2009 la band ha firmato un contratto con la Hopeless Records con il nome di "The In Crowd", e ha rilasciato il suo primo singolo, For the Win, su iTunes.
