Parachute è una indie band formatasi a Charlottesville, Virginia. La formazione del gruppo è composta da Will Anderson, Johnny Stubblefield, Alex Hargrave, Kit French, Nate McFarland. Il Fly Magazine ha definito il suono dei Parachute come "blue-eyed soul, adult pop, sullo stile dei Maroon 5, faux-funk: è lo Goldilocks del pop rock, né troppo caldo né troppo freddo." Originalmente chiamati "Sparky's Flaw", la band ha cambiato il suo nome in "Parachute" nel 2008.
