The band was originally formed in 1995, by five people: Brett Hestla of Virgos Merlot, Troy McLawhorn of Doubledrive, Clint Lowery of Sevendust, Corey Lowery of Stereomud, Stuck Mojo, and Will Hunt of Skrape. But they didn't make a record through the years because the members were in different bands until they came together again in 2004. The band is considered a sort of supergroup considering the fact that all five members have spent time in nu metal and hard rock groups of varying success
