I Brand New sono una band alternative rock formatasi nel 2000 a Merrick, New York, USA. Il gruppo è composto da Jesse Lacey (cantante, scrittore canzoni e chitarrista), Vincent Accardi (chitarrista, voce di supporto e pianista), Garret Tierney (bassista) e Brian Lane (batterista). La band realizzò 2 demo, con i quali venne notata dalla Triple Crown Records, così nell'ottobre del 2001 fece la sua comparsa nei negozi di dischi Your Favorite Weapon.
