Gli Agent Steel sono una band Speed Metal di Los Angeles, California formata nel 1984 dal cantante brasiliano John Cyriis e il batterista Chuck Profus. Scalata al successo Nel 1983 fu pubblicato una Demo di una band Speed Metal chiamata Sceptre che conterrà due delle future canzoni degli Agent Steel: Taken By Force e 144,000 Gone. Il chitarrista di questa Demo era un certo John Camps che diventerà John Cyriis, il fondatore degli Agent Steel. John
