Young Negropolitan, Francois X always lived in Paris, France… but his deeper roots began in Africa (in Benin, where his father comes from… Yoruba region…the never ending Voodoo land and his cult of Juju's holy rythms and chants). Light skin Blackman living in the posh district of Levallois, François X may look less like a bongo player then a tight bourgeois professional tennis player (which he is too actually)… but don't let it fool you, hence the mysterious X…François is the perfect example of a true undercover artist of our times.
