Deaf Center are two Norwegian friends Erik Skodvin and Otto Totland. Old school friends, they finally decided to write music together and ended up creating the phenomenal 'Neon City' EP. Already getting rave reviews in De:Bug and online electronic magazines they are surely an act destined for greatness. Their control over samples, soundscapes and untouched beauty is unmatched, we can only sit back, listen and enjoy.
