Masada String Trio is an ensemble formed by the saxophonist/composer John Zorn. The trio is formed by: Greg Cohen: bassist Mark Feldman: violinist Erik Friedlander: cellist The trio follow the the masada's style created by Zorn,that's played in another ensembles like "Masada", "Electric Masada", "Bar Kokhba sextet"... The group's style could be defined like a mix of jewish Folklore and free-jazz played with an amazing virtuosism and a huge improvisation talent.
