Chão de Taco, formed in 2019 in the countryside of São Paulo (Piracicaba), is a "Rock Triste" or sad rock band that blends Brazilian emo, alternative rock, and shoegaze influences. Their music captures raw emotions, channeling the struggles of relationships—romantic or otherwise—while exploring themes of growing up, daily challenges, love, and the search for brighter days. With the release of their self-titled EP and the single "Adiante" in 2021
