Slippers is a rising American lo-fi power pop project fronted and created by Los Angeles-based animator, illustrator, and musician Madeline Babuka Black (who performs under the moniker Madeline BB). Known for a signature style that blends raw power-pop simplicity, twee punk, and 1960s-inflected garage rock, the project delivers brief, highly infectious melodic songs that rarely exceed the two-minute mark.
