J. Corey King (born March 29), better known as Sk8star, is an American recording artist from Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in Birmingham, United Kingdom, but later, moved to the United States with his parents. Sk8 started rapping at the age of 9, but he didn’t take rapping seriously until 10th grade. The first song that was released to all streaming platforms was Stand 4 Sum which was released on January 6, 2020. Later, he released his first project, Superstar Status, in March of 2021.
