Music for farms. An experimental / noise rock band from Los Angeles, Shearling materialized after the breakup of lead vocalist and guitarist Alexander Gregory Kent's previous project, Sprain. Kent and guitarist Sylvie Simmons, another member of the defunct band, join forces with drummer Andrew Chanover, bassist Wesley Nelson, and keyboardist / sampler queen Elizabeth A. Carver to create music that pulls from the deepest crevices of the soul.
