An Egyptian singer appeared early 1980s. He started his artistic trip by introducing songs of senior old singers like Abd Al-Halim Hafiz and Mohamed Qandil. Then he introduced his own songs, thus, created a distinguished situation among youth singers at that time, including Mohamed Al-Helow, Ali Al-Hagar, Mohamed Moneir and Eman Al-bahr Derwish. His turning point was being when he obtained "Golden Apple prize" at mid of 1980s from one of the festivals which held in Turkia.
