Shin Jimin (Hangul: 신지민; born January 8, 1991), known simply as Jimin (Hangul: 지민), is a South Korean singer. She is best known for being part of the girl group AOA through FNC Entertainment. Jimin was born on January 8, 1991, in Seoul, South Korea. She signed up for a Chinese language course for two years. While attending the Chinese Language School, she also attended the Practical Music School. She knows how to play the guitar, harmonica and piano.
