GG Lobster, real name Shen Zhang, is a member of the Hangzhou label Functionlab. He is mainly known for his internet-influenced club music curation. His first NTS show was in late 2018, representing FunctionLab with GUAN and Juan Plus One. His singles have been played by Mun Sing, Akito, Hyph11E, Net Gala, and many more on NTS Radio and Boiler Room. From punk rock to electronic music, he provides an entertaining and incisive insight into his music, making him a distinctive figure in the underground club scene in Hangzhou.
