FLO is a Grammy-nominated British R&B trio featuring Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer. They debuted in 2022 with the single "Cardboard Box" and released their first EP "The Lead" the same year, followed by "3 of Us" in 2023. In 2024, FLO continued their rise to stardom with the bold single Walk Like This, which gained traction on TikTok with various dances. They followed up with the slower, guitar-focused Caught Up, and then shifted gears with Check, a fun, fast-paced pop track which saw them showcasing their fierce prowess.
