
Debbie Byrne (also known as Debra Byrne), born in Melbourne, Australia on 30 March 1957, is an Australian entertainer, perhaps best known for her popular television roles. Her long and successful career began made her debut on the small screen in 'Brian and the Juniors', an early predecessor of what would become 'Young Talent Time'. The program being hosted by a young Brian Naylor, she stayed with it for twelve months. In 1971, she was cast as one of the original six 'Young Talent Time' cast members and soon become known as a major child star.
