
DJ MITSU THE BEATS (real name: 川村 光利/Mitsutoshi Kawamura) is a Japanese music producer and DJ. He serves as an executive producer for Cream Team Records. He is a member of the hip-hop group GAGLE; fellow member MC HUNGER is his younger brother. In 1994, captivated by a DJ he saw on television, he began DJing using two turntables costing 8,000 yen and a homemade mixer. In 1996, he formed the hip-hop group GAGLE with his younger brother MC HUNGER and DJ Mu-R.
