Anna Calvi (born Anna Margaret Michelle Calvi in London on 24 September 1980) is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist. Her accolades include three Mercury Prize nominations, one Brit Award nomination, and a European Border Breakers Award. Born of an English mother and Italian father, Calvi grew up being exposed to a multitude of genres of music by her music-loving father.
