One of the most productive men in Australian rock, Jake Robertson seemingly decided he wasn't busy enough as a member of Ausmuteants, School Damage, Hierophants, Leather Towel, the Frowning Clouds, and many more, so he launched Alien Nosejob as a home recording project to explore some of his many musical ideas. Primarily devoted to manic, lo-fi punk rock (as on 2020's Once Again the Present Becomes the Past), Alien Nose Job is a one-man studio band
