Панелька - PANEL`KA (PANEL) is a household name for houses built in large numbers in the Soviet Union. Founded in St. Petersburg 2021 by Dmitry Dergunov & Viktor Ozyablo, they were inspired by the atmosphere of the USSR. Панелька makes post-punk music, but the duo experiments with sub-genres like "soviet wave," "russian doomer" etc. "Concrete" aesthetics of faceless high-rise buildings of Soviet uptown determines the depressive mood of our tracks
