this UK band was formed in 1996 as a post Stones Roses project of John Squire, they were splitting-up in early 1999. The vocals of Chris Helme were a welcome contrast to John Sqiure`s guitar work..."Blinded by the sun"--and "Love is the Law" stood as one of the album highlights.After the split Chris Helme fronts The Yards and also performs as a solo-artist.
